Privacy policy

This policy explains what data this site collects, why, and how to exercise your rights. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR.

Early access requests

The early access form is hosted on paf.iabsis.com, at Infomaniak in Switzerland. We receive the information you enter (for example your name, email address, organisation and message).

This data is used only to process your request and contact you about it. It is never sold or passed on to third parties. We keep it for 24 months after our last exchange, then delete it.

Audience measurement

We use Umami, an analytics tool we host ourselves on umami.iabsis.com. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. It records the page viewed, the referring site, browser, operating system and device type, language and country. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you. It tells us which pages are visited. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site.

Session recording (with your consent)

If you accept it in the preferences banner, Umami also records how your visit unfolds: clicks, scrolling and pages viewed. Input field contents are masked, and the early access form is not recorded. Recordings are hosted on umami.iabsis.com and deleted after 90 days.

Without your consent, nothing is recorded. You can change your mind at any time with the “Analytics preferences” link at the bottom of every page.

Browser storage

This site stores your choice in your browser's local storage (key paf-consent) so it does not ask again. If you accept session recording, the recorder may also use your browser's session storage during your visit. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Technical logs

Like any web server, our host Infomaniak keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser) to keep the site secure and running. These logs are kept for a limited time.

Fonts

The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore sends your IP address to Google LLC (United States), which participates in the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Where your data is

Apart from the fonts mentioned above, all data is processed and hosted in Switzerland.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at info@iabsis.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the European Union, with your national data protection authority.
